Birthday Questionnaire


Please fill out the form, thinking carefully about what backdrop you would like to use, outfits that you love & that you think your little bundle will look adorable in!

On the session day, please remember to bring some of your baby's favourite snacks and water - this will help if baby isn't too interested in the cake - and also some wet wipes/ towel to clean them up after they have had their smash! I do have a tub for them to wash up in.

Below the questionnaire, you will see my full range of backdrops & outfits to choose from. Please use these when filling out the form so that you get exactly what you want from your session.

This cake smash is minimal, so it only contains your baby & the cake, giving you that timeless look & memory that will you will forever look back on & cherish. This means there are no elaborate set ups or themes involved.
